In the second edition of "Dave TV" for September 12..... 9/12 - Why did the Washington Post not put a story about Redskins owner Dan Snyder dropping his lawsuit against the Washington City Paper in the print edition, even though it gave prominent print coverage of Snyder's suit since it got filed early this year? Why just web coverage about the suit's demise? And another stupid error in the Post. In today's edition of "Dave TV"..... 9/9 - The flooding rains hit the DCRTV World HQ. Plus, Mike Wise, Sinclair buys more TVers, and more on Redskins/WTEM owner Dan Snyder's lawsuit against the Washington City Paper..... 9/7 - I find an editing error in the latest "Curb Your Enthusiasm" episode. Almost no ads in the Washington Post's 14-page Redskins supplement today. WTOP tops the August radio ratings. In DC, the best Citadel could do was WRQX and WMAL tied for 12th. The best CBS could do was WPGC at 15th. And more ratings rants. Also, an on-air change at El Zol. Plus, Clear Channel's Meg Stevens gets awarded. And I rant about Washington's public radio choices..... 9/6 - We're hearing the main talk signal of 88.5 WAMU on the new, better signalled 105.5, which usually carries WAMU's Bluegrass Country. Clear Channel's Aloha Trust, which contains Frederick's WFMD and WFRE, comes under scrutiny. And, we salute Mac McGarry, who returns for his 51st season as host of WRC's "It's Academic."
